Elvis and the 50's - week 2

This past week in class we have learning more about Elvis and rock and roll from the 1950s. I'd never really taken much interest into old rock and roll before this. I didn't really like Elvis' performance as much as other rock and roll artists of the time. I think that Elvis had a more relaxed and boring performance than a character like James Brown or Bo Diddley. I liked the rock and roll that featured the guys like Brown and Diddley much more than Elvis.
