A Hard Day's Night

During this past week in class, we've been watching "A Hard Day's Night." It seemed interesting at first but as it went on, it kind of lost my attention. It was hard to understand what all the characters were saying, thus making it challenging to really understand what exactly was happening. Plus, it was in black and white which really didn't make things any better.

However, I thought that some parts of the movie were funny while other parts didn't really make that sense to me. It might be because you had to watch closely to really understand and catch the british humor, but I'm not sure. It's just not the type that humor that I'm really used to. In my opinion the funniest shows on TV are Arrested Development and The Big Bang Theory. I feel that these shows have a more direct humor, which is what I'm used to. I'd probably have to watch more Monty Python related things to understand the humor of "A Hard Day's Night."
